Covid: Johnson reassures children, 'Santa will come'

No restrictions for Santa Claus despite the Covid emergency. To reassure British children, anxious for gifts, is Prime Minister Boris Johnson himself, with a tweet in response to the many letters (some enclosed in copies) received in Downing Street on the subject from His Majesty's small subjects.

"Monti, who is 8, wrote to me to ask if Santa will be able to bring gifts this year," Johnson begins, adding some Christmas icons. "I have had a lot of letters about this - he continues - and so I talked to the experts and I can now reassure you that Santa Claus will be able to load his sleigh and deliver the gifts this Christmas too!".
Prime Minister Tory is the father of at least 5 children in a life marked by two marriages and different marital relationships, to which a sixth was added in 2020, little Wilfred, born at the end of April by his future third wife Carrie Symonds . And he was the third British head of government in recent history to become a dad once again during his tenure in Downing Street.
