USA: Biden will announce the first name of his government on Tuesday

Joe Biden will unveil the first choice for his administration on Tuesday. This was announced by Ron Klain, appointed by the president-elect chief of staff.

It is unclear whether Biden will reveal the name of his next Treasury Secretary or if it will be the Secretary of State.
The former vice president said in recent days that he has chosen who will lead the Treasury. On the shortlist would be former Fed chairman Janet Yellen, central bank governor Lael Brainard and Roger Ferguson, the former Fed and former head of Tiaa-Creef. According to rumors, Brainard's chances would be decreasing, while the most papable name able to satisfy even the most left wing of the party would be that of Yellen.
